As he landed the final blow, in Shigaraki's final act to make it a draw, he's forced to use a quirk that he knew existed within him but never used before. In the aftermath, Izuku Midoriya is gone from the world of My Hero Academia and appears in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen.

Izuku's life was not that great. He finds out he is quirkless, his best friend turns into his bully, he becomes a huge nerd that gets picked on, and no one believes that he can be a hero. But after meeting the number one hero All Might and saving his childhood friend, All Might tells him he can be a hero AND is worthy of his quirk. Izuku feels like his life is turning out to be spectacular.
Then while training on a beach to prepare his body to be ready for All Mights quirk, a weird spider comes up and bites him. Making him at first feel weird, then great, then finding out the spider bite gave him... a quirk?!

This was just not his day.
Battered, and bruised, he stumbles upon his crush in a desperate battle against a crazy blonde; of course, he gets stabbed, so he bites her; now, apparently, he has a girlfriend.

Searching a small town, he finds League Executive and A-Rank Villain Himiko Toga, beaten, bruised, and unconscious. Despite what she's done he can't stop himself from helping her. Because that's what a hero does.
It had only been a few weeks since the Battle of Jaku, and Himiko Toga had been completely alone. Unable to reunite with the League after he fight with Ochako, she's been on the run ever since and had the unfortunate luck to run into what looked like a Demon while beaten and bruised. Good thing it turned out to just be her Izuku! Though... this hero isn't quite the same as she remembered.

Dragons were nothing more than fables. Stories told by elders to scare children into obedience, or to inspire people to strive to be more than they were. However, the truth was that Dragons were very much real. Sometime around the Middle Ages, dragons vanished from the world. No explanation, no evidence of their existence left behind other than the countless stories. Or so most believers thought.
But the truth was a little bit different. Dragons were gone from the world. There was no explanation to why they vanished. But they did leave something behind before they left. A blessing. One that would take almost another thousand years before it would reach its full potential. Those with Dragon Blood were born. The Dragon-Blooded, also sometimes called Dragonborn, were always destined for greatness. Leaders, champions, generals. Many of them had Dragon blood in them.
And once quirks appeared, so too did the full potential of Dragon Blood. This is the story of one such child, gifted with Dragon Blood coursing through his veins. And how he saved the world.
