Summary
Extreme sports show host Wei Wuxian incurs a head injury while mountain climbing and wakes up with no memory of the last five years of his life— including his painful divorce with his college sweetheart, Lan Wangji.
“Working out, hosting a show, travelling,” Wei Wuxian mumbles, eyes drooping. “Do I at least buy groceries every now and then to make up for it?”
Lan Wangji watches him drift to sleep. He doesn’t get to answer Wei Wuxian’s question, and he’s all the more thankful for it. He knows what Wei Wuxian is really asking: ‘where do you fit into all of this?’
The answer is, he doesn’t.

Lan Wangji's life takes an unexpected turn when a one-night stand with Wei Wuxian resulted in him becoming pregnant. When he finds out, he is devastated. While the idea of having a child sounded nice, there was a problem. Male pregnancies are extremely dangerous and have terrifyingly gory side effects. With only one chance to decide the fate of the unborn child, the choice to abort brings its own set of risks and irreversible damage to the body due to the birthing process. Males give birth through the naval and It's nearly impossible for both parent and child to survive.
To complicate matters, Lan Wangji was unaware of his ability to conceive. His entire life is turned upside-down and keeping his secret career as a famous musician and performer, is starting to prove to be rather difficult when Wei Wuxian becomes his personal live in care assistant.
Once Lan Wangji's uncle finds out about his pregnancy, a marriage is swiftly arranged, intensifying the complications between them.
