Summary
A small love story between Shinsou Hitoshi and Bakugou Katsuki. Angst, comfort, two assholes, a lot of cursing, some 'what-the-fuck' dry humour, gay panic, eventual getting together, and even a bit of smut at the end for extra spice.
Katsuki turned to look at him, but Hitoshi didn’t bother to meet the stare. There was nothing nice there to look at. For now at least.
“You’re cold as fuck. You know that?”
Hitoshi smiled, silently tracing the kanji on the gravestone with his eyes. “Like a corpse. Topical,” he said, not quite able to move his mouth out of the way of his foot this time. Whoops.
“Fucking hell. You did not just say that,” Katsuki wheezed.
Hitoshi smiled a bit bigger, unable to help himself. “I did. But if it’s any consolation, it happened before I could stop it and I’m vaguely ashamed of myself.”
Thankfully Katsuki snorted and started to laugh hysterically. Hitoshi closed his eyes again and felt his heart ache at the sound.
This fic is all finished, but I’ll be updating every week to allow myself some last-minute fussing.

"Getting ready, what does it look like?" Katsuki gives back, biting back a smile because he knows his answer is not giving Hitoshi anything.
"For what?" Hitoshi goes on, still as confused as before and now Katsuki smirks at him.
"What do you think?"
"I don't know, that's why I'm asking, Kats!" he heatedly says, throwing his hands up in the air and Katsuki laughs at him.
"I'm leaving for the last endeavour I'll ever go on," Katsuki dramatically says, though he can't deny that there's a pit of worry in his stomach.
He doesn't think today will go wrong, but there's still a chance that it might and that makes Katsuki's hands itchy.
