This time it’s all of them. Guest doesn’t want to think about what that might mean. So he doesn’t. He bounces his leg up and down, the pommel of his boot thudding against the hard wooden floor over and over and over again, to the tune of Chance’s coin. Plink, plink, plink. Thud, thud, thud.
Fifty seconds. Sixty—a minute. Then seventy.
And then something snaps. And then 007n7 crumples to the ground in front of them like a puppet with its strings cut, breathing hoarse, half a scream dying in his throat. And then there is blood pooling around him.
Guest very suddenly cannot breathe.
Or; Injuries do not last in the Spectre's realm outside of phantom pains and aches. Until one does, and it's possibly the worst one that could've, just shy of a life-ending one.

Summary
"Who are you?" He asked quietly, but the menace laced into the words chilled Rose more than the freezing wind. She stared at him, her heart racing.
"Please, help me..." she begged. "My boat got wrecked, and I have no idea where I am-"
"Are you a Marine spy?" He interrupted, a tattooed hand lifting the sword closer. Rose flinched, heart thumping.
"A spy? N-no-"
"Don't lie," he spat, grey eyes narrowing. "Only Marines know about this island. You couldn't have ended up here by accident." Rose froze, too shocked and intimidated to respond. He stepped closer. "I'll ask again - who are you?"

After the Heart Pirates' submarine crashes into a classified Marine island base, the crew is forced to capture it whilst they fix the ship. But when a girl from a neighbouring island is also wrecked upon the same island, chaos ensues. Despite being hell-bent on avenging Corazon, Trafalgar Law is unwillingly drawn to her, and she to him. But he must make the decision between giving in to his potentially dangerous feelings for Rose, or live up to his heartless reputation.
Takes place during Timeskip after Law has attained his Warlord status, but before Punk Hazard. Switching POVs.

"I imagine… this is pretty high on your list of ‘worst decisions ever made’.” is all she can muster in a voice that has an unfamiliar tinge of a higher pitch while looking down at an extended arm that is definitely not hers. As in, things she wasn’t born with.
“I…” he starts, trying to rationalize the situation, but cuts the sentence off right there.
His devil fruit was, naturally, left with his body- a body which now she resides in. So if they want to regain their… privacy should be the word, well…
