Summary
Mech A doesn't realize that interfacing causes baby Transformers. Mech A has a romp that takes him through the faction, (and beyond if you'd like) and is suddenly in pain! Sick! Not feeling well!
He goes to Medic, who is like, why the hell didn't you use protection! Mech A is like, wut? Because they have no clue what the Medic is talking about. Medic proceeds to explain/verbally beat down the situation and Mech A goes into panic mode.
Search is then on to find out who the baby daddy is, by collecting transfluid samples. They can't be collected by Medic, because that would be to obvious. No, Mech A, in their bid to keep things quiet, collects the samples himself. By whatever means necessary.
Cue Medic finding out WHO the baby daddy is, and whatever ending Anon chooses. My only request is that they carry to term and have a live, healthy offspring, regardless of if baby daddy is involved or not.
Any Mech, Any pairing.

Ok, so, Cybertronian's are more like insects than mammals or birds, or whatever. A Prime is essentially the equivalent to an insect Queen (runwith it, I don't care). Lets say that Cybertronian expansion in the
universe originally started because having more than two Prime on a
planet tended to cramp people's style. So if a new Prime came into being
(lets say the birth of a prime was rare and that the largest number of
Primes there ever was at one time was 12) then they would "fly off", and
colonize a new planet or moon or...whatever. Ok, so for whatever reason,
Optimus ended up the last Prime in existence (Maybe the Fallen wanted to
be the only Prime, and had Megs kill all the other's. Lets also assume
that the eggs in RotF were the Fallen's), and because of the whole war
thing, his Queen powers (throw me a bone here) went into recession. Flash
forwards-- The Autobots are on Earth, Megs is defeated, and/or Optimus
comes in contact with the Matrix/AllSpark/whatever and Optimus Queen
abilities turn back on. This is good for the race as a whole, but could

Starscream can't give birth normally, he's going to need a c-section. He's due any day and has been having contractions once or twice a day for a week or two now.
Starscream is obliged to provide sex to either Octane or Soundwave, Soundwave because he's blackmailing Starscream or Octane because Starscream gives him sex to keep him as an ally. Octane or Soundwave arrives to get his regular sex but Starscream starts to have contractions. Octane or Soundwave doesn't care and demand sex now or else. Starscream has to bend over and take it from behind before Octane or Soundwave will let him go to the repair bay for a c-section. Because the sparkling is so big Starscream has to brace himself with one arm and support his heavy belly with the other. During the sex he is having contractions and can feel the sparkling moving and kicking inside him.
I took a couple of liberties, but think I hit the main points of the request?

Summary
"Were we friends before?" Blitzwing asks. When Bumblebee doesn't immediately answer, Blitzwing continues, "I know you tried to shoot me, but if you're helping me now... does that mean we were friends at some point?"
Blitzwing's blue face doesn't have any expression in particular, but Bumblebee can hear the hesitance in his voice. Some strange mix of hope and sadness.
Bumblebee should shake his head. So he does, eventually, but he can't help how awful he feels having to admit it. He's lied enough to Blitzwing. He turns his head, not wanting to meet the mech's optics, instead surveying the glistening snow around them.
"No, we weren't." He starts slowly, feeling a lump in his throat. "But, I mean. I couldn't just leave you there on your own, right? Didn't feel right to abandon you."
He doesn't know how or when it started. There were many chances he could have taken; there were times when he'd done nothing but wait for easy opportunities to shoot, to run, to kill. But things kept going wrong. And eventually he stopped planning. He stopped thinking about how to get away.
When did that stop?
