love this is so many ways i can't explain. the characterization is on POINT. i just know the uahtor has spent countless hours rotating these guys in their head and i love it.
Anakin's constant pain. the cosmic horror of the force pressing in on you from all sides always. His deep and incredibly unnatural connection with the force has always been a really interesting aspect of his character that the star wars media simply does not touch upoun.
THe anxiety!!! the depression!! I feel it's so well represented. All of Anakin's insecuritys and fears laid plain for the reader to see. I'm positive he would kill me dead for reading this. Also! The very very canonical belief that Obi-Wan simply does not reciprocate the clinginess. Buddy I promise he is just as unwell about you are you are him. but the general disregard for his health, the self hatred, self doubt, the irrational thoughts stemming from his childhood trauma, that pressing need to succeeed. the anger and shame and lashing out at perceived inadequecy
Also! the almost instantaneous parallel between Anakin pushing Obi-Wan away to him brooding over how much it hurts to be pushed away by Ahsoka! I hate it here. I fear that Anakin Skywalkers greatest sin truly was being 23 years of age and not in a stage of his life were he could apply a critical lens to the sensitive areas of his life. Also Anakin immediately going "oh no :( guess i'll jujst have to lose all these good character traits that i like aout myself once ahsoka isn't my padawan anymore" ??? this is incredibly on point anakin i fear. Stupidest man to live.
"Cradlerobber" is hilarious. Obi-Wan absolutely would.
Ough... it hurts me somewhere deep inside. This fic really highlighted the true tragedy that is Anakin Skywalker. Unable to let go of his past. But still yet there are people who cling onto him with love so fierce. this is one of the fics in my mind that saved him.

AGJIJGOIJ FUCKKKK you do such a good job of articulating what exactly is wrong w choi. he knows it won't last but he simply does not care (he cares so so much). he hopes and hopes and hopes against hope.
Charecterization is so on point tho. kse dryness and his put upoun fondness. kse and his cartoon shows and his hesitant gratitude and surprising competence at household chores.
chois... general freakiness is very on point too. I absolutely 100% believe that man would hide kse's clothes. the blatant and purposeful ignorance of the knowledge that kse leaving will drive him crazy insane. maybe i'm reading this the wrong way but that little bit of spite and challenge he holds in his heart too!! 'if he wasn't okay with it he wouldn't be leaving in the first place' <- that said. i wonder if he genuinely believes that. bc if he doesn't oh agent choi you petty little hurt man.
