Summary
To most people, death heats are the stuff of fantastical tales. In all fairness, they do sound like something out of fiction: an omegan heat far more potent and sweet than any other, triggered only when an omega is under extreme stress and in a situation so precarious they believe themselves to be in fatal danger. A heat that is a last plea for life, designed to coax an attacker into granting mercy and taking the omega as a mate rather than a victim.
Ajax wonders what Bennett would smell like in the throes of a death heat. And so he becomes a serial killer and fucks with Bennett's head until finally cornering him and claiming him.

He’s not sure why he’s so surprised – the Drakes are known for their work in archeology, and not much of that can be done locally. Still, he assumed that they took Timothy with them when they left the country for work. It seems a shame to leave him with a nanny this close to Christmas.
“Okay,” he says, erasing the numbers typed into his phone. “What’s your nanny’s number, then?”
“My what?” Timothy looks scandalized.
“Your babysitter? Whoever is in charge of you while your parents are gone,” he clarifies.
“I’m in charge of me when my parents are gone,” Timothy says proudly, his little chest puffing out. “I’m the Man of the House.”

The potential Wayne omega is hiding something and Dick intends to find out what. A little breaking and entering, a little sweet-talking, and Dick will have Tim eating out of his hands.
It was certainly unique to see his father losing a step over an omega. Some men went through a mid-life crisis and wanted a sports car or a new wife; Bruce already owned an F1 team and could drown in new pussy every hour if he wanted. Of course he’d instead chosen to target the impossible: an omega who knew about and could live in their worlds – both of them. It seemed lucky.
And if Dick knew anything, it was that the Wayne family was never lucky.
