Kageyama develops Hanahaki disease while Hinata is in Brazil. He is determined not to tell Hinata, which, as you can imagine, is not a good idea. Just a whole bunch of hanahaki flavored agnst with a happy ending.
Kageyama sighs and stares at the sky. “I’m never going to play him again. We’ll never stand on the world stage together.” He starts hacking again, and clambers to the balcony railing to spit out the flower. “What can I fucking do?” he chokes out. “I’ve been in love with him since first year. Since he put that stupid goddamn towel crown on my head. Stared down the worst parts of me and said he didn’t care.”
