    Summary

    Everything Scarian related that I’ve written and posted! Series name changed since I’m not longer just doing drabbles/one shots.

    Summary

    series title adapted from the crooked, the cradle by the crane wives

    this is a witch/fae au that starts centered around desert duo and starts to branch off a bit the further you get into it (though if you're a die hard desert duo fan, don't worry, there's still plenty of them)

    since I haven't really been able to sit down and explain the worldbuilding/magic system within the series, I made a post explaining it here

    Summary

    Scar is… jittery. Given that Tumble Town has this effect on people Jimmy feels right to be concerned. People who act like that don’t stay in Tumble Town much longer.
    Whether they leave willingly to wander the desert until they keel over or they become an active danger to the still sane residents depends on the person.
    Scar seems like he’s going to be the latter. Then Grian gets involved.

    Featuring Onesided Enemies-to-friends-to-lovers, unrequited love, eventually requited love, Bad Communication, Bad Communication (purposeful), slow burn, heavy angst and a happy ending, because if it isn't a happy ending then what's the point <3

    SUMMARY: Grian is trying to flee from something he can’t outrun and stumbles into the world of the supernatural. Mumbo has been alone for a long time and no longer knows how to open up. Scar is all too aware he’s living on borrowed time and acts... accordingly.
