Summary
There is a legend about the red moon that has been passed down for generations. If the time is right, if the setting is right, the red moon will paint two people red and connect their souls.
The specifics of it have been long swallowed by the tides of time, so the red moon all know now is a false one. As false as it may be, it is still an important part for humanity.
As such, Shinichi is supposed to dance under it's false light with Ran. It was meant to make their engagement official, and yet...
Seconds before the red light hits them both, another Ran comes out of the crowd, pointing out that it is not her who is dancing with Shinichi; it is the one and only Kaitou KID.
