Summary
Crowley lost his sight at twenty-nine. He lost his boyfriend, his career, his will to live. Eighteen months later, he's barely surviving – counting hours until he can drink himself to sleep.
His neighbour Muriel thinks they're friends. They're wrong. But somehow, they've convinced him to attend a party thrown by the new downstairs neighbour, Aziraphale.
Reluctantly, he goes. And then he hears a voice that makes him want to be alive again.Which is terrifying. Wanting something means risking everything. And Crowley has already lost too much.

Crowley, matchmaker extraordinaire, who bets Aziraphale the 100% success rate of Made in Hell, his matchmaking agency, that he can find him a suitable match in no time.

“You are not selling your books to try to get back what’s already yours! Listen, Aziraphale. I know you’re opposed to the idea of an arranged marriage—”
“A fake marriage,” he clarified, voice like ice. Ana ignored him.
“—but it’s time you see sense. You will find someone, and you will marry him. You will inherit your property properly, and after a reasonable amount of time to deal with any legal challenges, you will divorce. It won’t destroy anyone’s future, and hell, maybe you’ll actually fall in love.”
Aziraphale snorted. “Don’t count on it.”

Summary
While he could clearly see his silent protagonist's expression, the man seemed to be blocking off his thoughts from the Narrator at the moment. He didn’t do that often but when he did it was so incredibly irritating.
“I am your narrator, why are you cutting off your thoughts from me, Stanley? Are you worried about what I’ll think you think about what I feel?”
‘… What?’

Aziraphale, Supreme Archangel of the Heavenly Host, is just minding his own business. Really. It's not like he's trying to get summoned to Earth during highly important archangelic duties. And Crowley's not trying to summon him, he swears, but somehow it still keeps happening...
Now, if they could only figure out why?

Summary
Stanley doesn’t know what compels him to do it, but he reaches out. The space is small enough that all he has to do to touch the Narrator is lift his arm. His hand falls on the other’s shoulder, and he tries to apologize with a small smile, waiting patiently as the Narrator sputters and cuts himself off.
Fascinatingly, his eyes flash from red to pink to orange, all in the span of a second, before settling into a soft yellow. He lets out a sigh, shaking his head. “This is why I shouldn’t entertain these– these silly notions you have. Really, I never should have let you– Erm, Stanley?”
The Narrator cuts himself off as Stanley grabs him by the face, not roughly, but not quite gently, either. He stares deep into the Narrator’s eyes with wonder, mouth curving upwards.
Or: Stanley finds out that the Narrator's eyes change with his emotions, and it leads him to discover many things about him that were previously hidden.

Summary
It was a well-known fact around the office that Stanley Rider and Nathan Parable… didn’t get along so well. The men could often be seen in the breakroom bickering over every topic under the sun- whether it was work-related or otherwise. Even the higher-ups knew not to pair them together on projects, and most tried to distance the two as much as possible, in order to keep things moving smoothly.
-----
Stanley and Nathan don't like each other very much, but one time after an argument, one of Stanley's coworkers called Stanley a name. It was not a very nice name, but it's not like Stanley was around to hear it.
Nathan was though.
And he's not a fan of people who aren't him insulting Employee #427.

Summary
The Parable had always been a strange place. Not only did it abduct people from different ages of time, no, it also changed them up in all kinds of ways. Some grew into hybrids while others became objects. Everyone had gotten used to it by now, that they lived in this time loop of horror.
But one day, something peculiar happened, as Stanley found a new corridor through the mess of the Adventure Line. And life in the Parable was never the same.

Summary
After deciding he wants to make decisions of his own, the Narrator decides he wants to escape the Parable with Stanley. The pair escape, but their life doesn't end up as easy as they wanted. Upon leaving, Stanley starts to find and remember figments of his life before the Parable started. He discovers a home he used to live in, but it is full of forgotten memories and details of a life he never knew before. Thankfully, his process of remembering his life and the panic that follows is made easier with the Narrator's company.
Unfortunately, the Narrator is having struggles of his own. At every choice he is given, he is thrown into a panic over the possible consequences of his decisions. He questions everything he does and is forced to return to Stanley making decisions for the pair. His original plan of making his own decisions is questioned and frozen due to his intense fear and anxiety.
The two work hard to try and understand the familiarly unfamiliar world around them, but at least they have each other.
