Summary
Keith and Pidge have been keeping a secret... they have been dating in secret for months.
They have started to discuss how to tell the team they are together but haven't found the right time. But when Allura tells them of a mission where the two are required to go undercover to meet an informant about the Galra's next move, some members of the team (Lance) think it'll be hilarious to watch the two fumble through fake dating.
Keith and Pidge decide that this mission may be the best way to reveal their relationship to the team and also freak out Lance at how good they are "acting".

"Peter." There's clear concern, maybe even some barely-steeled panic in the voice. Dad mode activated. "What happened?"
Maybe he's a little loopy from the blood loss. Just a little. "Uh…" He tries to focus. "Got shot—twice. Kinda fell off a roof."

So when he heard Kaz earlier today complain about one of his waitress being sick on a Friday night which is one of their busiest night.
