Summary
After walking along the roads of shops for a few minutes, Wylan can can smell coffee. Plenty of coffee, too; it was far from a weak smell. He immediately set out in search for the source of this scent, because why on earth are people drinking no small amount of caffeine at this time— it may be an area full of college kids, but, last Wylan checked, nobody drank a whole tanker full of coffee at twelve in the morning. As he walked further down the streets in his search, he saw it; a cafe, clearly open from the lights on and a couple of baristas in uniforms inside. It definitely looked cozy, and it was quiet, which is to be expected at this time at night (–or is it technically morning? Does it even matter?)
Wylan has to now decide whether or not to satiate his curiousity, or whether to do the much more sensible thing and listen to his anxiety telling him that he should turn around and walk right back to his flat

found family six of crows, Wesper-centric because I'm evil for these two characters and I love emotionally beating up Wylan and then giving him lots of comfort.

Martin clings to Jon as they fall, clings to his bleeding lover as the roaring of the void and the screeching of the tapes drowns out any words either of them have. He clings to Jon and prays to whatever gods may exist that everything will end up alright.
Then he collapses onto cold linoleum, stumbling into a harsh metal filing cabinet. The roaring and screeching is gone, and the harsh silence makes his ears ring... or maybe that's the head wound.When he finally opens his eyes, he isn't sure what he expected to see, but its not the middle of the archives with Sasha and his younger self staring back at him.

Summary
Jon was very much convinced that Martin was not his soulmate. No one this incompetent, insecure, and insane enough to wear a yellow jumper like that could be Jon Sims’ soulmate.
The last weeks had definitely shown Martin that he and Jon were not soulmates. Martin was sure that his soulmate could never be as much of a dick as Jon was.
