In a version of world war 2, genetic engineering allowed for the creation of monstrous super-soldiers, revolutionizing the tactics and logistical requirements for warfare. However, the war is now over, and all of those genetically engineered super-soldiers now need to go back home, irrevocably turned into hulking, inhuman monsters.
Important detail: they need to have a lot of sex, like a lot. all the time. and the government needs to add a little chaos and terror to the lives of everyone who dodged the draft.
