Summary
What started like such a regular plot. The Ice King kidnapping and trying to marry Princess Bubblegum... Ended up with completely unforeseen consequences.
By giving part of himself to Princess Bubblegum. Both Ice King and Bubblegum changed.
Now all has to find out what to do with this new Winter King. At first, he seems harmless, even helpful. But as time goes on maybe he isn't all what he seems...
This story begins in the beginning of "Adventure Time." before the Jolly Holly episode. Finn and Jake don't know about the Ice King's tragic origins and Marceline has yet to reconcile with Simon. But now has to figure out what the deal is with this new winter king.

The only thing Simon can hope for is that he will be himself for long enough to ensure Marceline's safety.

Shortly after his public announcement for his love for Fizzarolli, Asmodeus goes to visit his best friend Beelzebub to have a drink and chat. While doing so, the two reflect how much they have changed since their earlier reigns as Ring Lords when they were far worse and how much has changed since their self-reflections.
*Just a one shot that came to me as a concept to try out by going on the theory that the Ring Lords were more "evil" but grew out of this phase as time went on and developed more*

Summary
The Foundation failed. As far as I'm aware, humanity is gone. Transformed by the light. The only reason I'm still alive is this power that some D-Class passed on to me right before he was pulled outside. Above me the voices of those I loved cry out for me to join them in the sun, and below remains whatever creatures the Foundation contained that were smart enough to NOT run outside when hell broke loose. Some of them don't even want to kill me anymore. Doesn't make us friends.
All I have left is reading. Being the only person left I guess makes me the highest ranking Foundation member, and as such I have complete access to all files this facility has on the SCP's.
So I read. Every SCP entry I can get my hands on, every note these researchers left, directives from the O5 Council that would normally be trapped with memetic kill agents that were now open to me, trying to figure out how to control this "Spiral Gestalt" through this journal that the D-Class left me, anything to distract me from the fact that all I'm doing is waiting for the end.
So when some red skinned assholes appear out of nowhere complaining that one of MY books is somehow fucking with theirs, I may have overreacted a little.
