The crown prince of the winter faeries, also known as the dark faeries, holds his first winter solstice on the first day of the winter. His calling had been vibrating through the dark crimson forest in the north, the imagined mountains in the south, down the flaming sea's and high into the wide wandering sky. Everyone knows the time for him to take the throne had come. With his coronation comes the selection, a competition between selected faeries to find a Queen or King to reign by his side.
Jungkook, a nature faerie not able to fly nor to enchant even a small flower, finds himself as one of of the selected competing for the hand of the crown prince. A competition he never wanted, never thought he would be part of.
How should he be able to win the cruel games of the Winter Court without an ounce of magic running through his veins?
Or, Jungkook is selected to participate in the cruel games of the winter court to either die or be bonded to a prince he doesn’t know.

He could feel the soft yet rough mask of the other alpha dragging along his skin. Softly caressing to harshly rubbing against the delicacy of his sensitive scent gland. The alpha was smelling him. He should be used to it now, the noises, the shouting, the pain, but when gunshots suddenly start going off he flinches hard enough for the sound to reverberate against the metal.
