“HELLO PARTY–people?” Hizashi was as loud as ever, bursting into their first hero course teacher meeting of the year, where Shouta’s addition to the staff had just been announced. They locked eyes instantly, and all Shouta could think was, when did he grow that god-awful mustache? When had he grown out his hair? It was long enough that it would have reached his waist if it were down, and that was… not god-awful at all. Seven years had treated him well.
“Eraserhead?” Hizashi broke the silence.
“Mic.” He nodded. And just like that, they were ripped right out of first-name basis and thrown into the soulless pit of hero names. It was for the best. They hadn’t ended things on the best of terms, anyway.

Shouta, struggling with artist's block, goes out with Nemuri to some show she's gotten tickets to. To his surprise, he finds the answer to all his problems right there up on the stage in the form of one Yamada Hizashi. Driven by his inspiration, he reaches out to the musician to see if the man is willing to model for him.
Hizashi is not prepared for what modeling entails, but he finds he likes it anyways.

Hizashi can’t stop looking at the clock. Even if Shōta walks through the door right now, they’d only have half an hour or so, and that includes the time Hizashi would need to shower and change before heading out the door. It isn’t enough time. He wouldn’t get the level of satisfaction he needs.
But he feels about ready to tear out of his own overheated skin. It’s been way too long and he’s pent up. He also doesn’t think the crew at the station would appreciate Present Mic coming in with a noticeable tent in his pants.
Fast and dirty would have to do. For now, at least.

"Come with me." He insists. He shuffles to his feet, cradling his Nome and following The Thin Man down the long hallway. Black spots dance across his vision, bile stinging the back of his throat. Gently, a hand finds its way around him and he's lifted up and carried the remainder of the distance.
When he's set down again, he's sitting on a hard surface. The Thin Man is currently looking in a cupboard, for what RK doesn't know, but he's apparently found what he's looking for, taking out a blue box and opening it. It's medicine. The Thin Man then grabs a small cup of water and sets both it and the medicine next to RK.
"Take it, it'll make you feel better." RK complies, washing the medicine down with the water. The Thin Man leans back against the cupboard behind him, "I'm surprised you didn't get pneumonia, being out in weather like that."
RK doesn't respond, glancing up at The Thin Man in brief acknowledgement.
"Do you want to tell me why you were out there? Why you were wandering The Pale City at eleven o'clock at night?"

Alternatively: RK is alone in The Pale City at night, cold and sick. He stumbles upon someone willing to help him.

Whenever someone looked at Shouta, they wouldn't immediately assume that he had money. In fact, with how he dresses and how he acts, some are quick to assume that he was either poor or homeless or both before they even thought that he had two very well paying jobs. Being a teacher at UA and a pro-hero, he was comfortable and didn't even come close to struggling with cash ever in his time of being an adult with taxes. However, a few years into hero work and he was about to get a LOT more comfortable in terms of finance.
