Summary
Fox dies.
Except he doesn’t, because as soon as the creepy Sith ritual drains the last of the blood from his body, he wakes up…somewhere. Somewhere else, where, for once, he can’t feel the Emperor’s claws digging into his head every hour of the cycle.
Unfortunately, this somewhere else is so deep in the middle of nowhere that he gets picked up by a mandalorian—some asshole called Montross who quickly proves that he’d be more helpful dead, especially once Fox finds out that this shabuir wants to sell him off to the Kyr’tsad. In a final bid for freedom, Fox disposes of his would-be captor, commandeers his ship, and goes on the run from the man’s terrorist Kyr’tsad friends and his weird Haat Mando’ad coworkers.
…until the weird coworkers finally catch up to Fox.
Or: upon his death, Fox is thrown several decades into the past, lands in Mandalore’s backyard, gets himself adopted, and (mostly intentionally) alters the course of the galaxy.
Oh, and he isn’t the only vod to get tossed through time and space.

Two elven girls looked back at her. They were surrounded by people, reporters or lawyers or something, but they were the main focus of the image.

There are awful rumors spread and a high enough bounty for 15-year old Law to be hunted by the world. To his misfortune (or rather, his luck), it's Red-Hair Shanks who catches him.
Alternatively - Shanks didn't expect the monstrous pirate who allegedly ravaged countries and destroyed Windmill Village to be a desperate teenager only trying to survive.

Now Touya was desperately trying to balance being Shouto’s guardian, his EMT job, and the investigation into Endeavor’s abuse. The last thing he needed was another complication in his life — so why couldn’t he stop thinking about a certain bird?
Both brothers are skeptical that Endeavor will face real consequences for his abuse, but Touya is determined to keep Shouto away from their father. Even if he has to burn himself to do it.

Fate took a wrong turn, forcing Hyrule, Wild, and Four to take drastic matters to try and fix it. The only problem is their attempt to fix it has brought a whole different slew of problems that the three are only partially aware of (except for Wild, who knows everything. He's not sure how he feels about it if he's being honest with himself).

The light overhead isn't from Minion island's overcast sky but instead a steel plated ceiling shining down fluorescence, glass and plastic bottles rattling on shelves against the walls. Everywhere there's monitors and familiar machinery and the distinct tang of antiseptic, sharp beyond the memory sense of blood and snow. For half a second Law looks at it all very blankly and thinks, What The Hell. Is he dreaming. Is he hallucinating. Is he just plain dead. His sight-line completes the rotation of this impossibility to fall upon speckled jeans and a long sweeping coat. And the man standing in front of Law has the blankest expression Law's ever seen. And the man standing in front of Law has Law's father's face.
Underneath Law's blood-slicked fingers, Cora-san's pulse shudders.
(This is a story where the past and the present collide. Wherein thirteen year old Trafalgar Law and twenty-six year old Rocinante tumble sideways through time-space via the blue desperation of a newly eaten devil fruit, from Minion island to a future distant. “What are you talking about? Why were you swimming all the way out here? What’s with your weird clothes?” The Boy, whom I refuse to name on principle, starts rapid fire shooting out questions while wiggling his way across the tiny boat to me.
“This is actually happening. Oh my god this is real, what the shit…” I turn around from my position on the floor to see The Boy crouched inches from my face. I give an undignified yelp and scramble as far back as I can without tipping over the edge.
He gives me that bright grin and announces “I’m Monkey D. Luffy! I’m gonna be King of the Pirates!” Then he cocks his head to the side. “Who’re you?”
