Ch'en hasn't had a proper conversation with Hoshiguma since they fought when she left Lungmen to save her sister. Now, after stopping a terrorist plot while on vacation and getting to actually enjoy her vacation with her friends, both of them find themselves on the balcony of their hotel room. Although they try to keep the banter light, eventually, the elephant in the room can't be ignored. So they talk it out. And maybe, they can regain what was lost that night.
AKA, the apology and reconciliation between Ch'en and Hoshiguma that we should've gotten. And maybe, a little more. Also, kind of a pseudo analysis and my interpretation of their motivations and actions.

Chuchu had had enough. With a dangerous move, Felsi stole Chuchu's first podium trophy away from her (with a maneuver that she totally didn't like and would likely do herself). So Chuchu does the only reasonable thing she can think of:
Challenge Felsi to a street race.
Felsi, not knowing the first thing about street racing, accepts.

Energy seemed to radiate from it as the air began to thicken. The corpse stood up, shredding through its bindings. Pale skin. Black robes. Brown, long hair. White symboled gloves. Most importantly, however, were the cold, red eyes. Eyes that drilled evil will into minds, eyes that glowed crimson as the corpse glared towards Diana. Between nearly getting killed by her aunt and now, fear petrified Diana.

Summary
Several hundred years into the future, Europa, one of Jupiter's moons, has become colonized. Due to the surface of the planet being too irradiated for survival, colonies and outposts have been established under the layer of ice which covers the surface of the moon. Beneath the ice layer is a vast ocean used as a transport network between colonies and as a source for natural resources. The ocean also allowed for the creation of transportation shafts which interconnect the colonies throughout the moon.
Captain Diana Cavendish and her crew are returning back to port after recovering a couple alien artifacts. Naturally, it all goes wrong.
