Wind and his friends organise an unexpectedly political queer high school talent show, which is cancelled after threats and complaints organised by neo-nazis and other far-right extremists. A cluster of cross-generational queer and anti-fascist activists band together to ensure that the event can proceed.

Technically a Linked Universe AU fic, but only in the sense of character names and bundling of games (e.g. Legend is the Link from LttP, OoA, OoS, LA, ALBW and TH and Hyrule is from Zelda I and II).

Summary
Sequential series based on the characters and core premise of the Linked Universe LoZ AU, but ignoring 99% of the actual plot of the comic. Featuring: a found family where everyone is queer and neurodivergent and no one has their shit together.
If you're unfamiliar with the original AU, basically a bunch of different Links from the Legend of Zelda games all go on an adventure together. Core cast is as follows, with the relevant games in brackets and rough ages (my version, and subject to change) after the hyphen:
- Time (OoT/MM) - physically around 34, mentally ??
- Twilight (TP) - 25
- Wild (BotW) - 117, give or take 100 years.
- Warriors (HW) - 28
- Sky (SS) - 21
- Four (MC, FS, FSA) - 23

- Hyrule (LoZ, AoL) - 16

Warriors pressed a hand to his chest like he’d been struck. “Brave Legend. Veteran of countless battles. Slayer of nightmares. Reduced to… skincare.”
A fairy placed a tiny flower crown on Legend’s head. Warriors let out a soft, reverent gasp.
“He fought with such spirit!” Warriors murmured, voice trembling with melodrama. “And now he is fallen. Taken by the gentle but relentless hands of moisturisation.”
Twilight stared at him. “You’re acting like he’s dead.”
“He may never recover from this.”
Or: A Great Fairy forces The Chain into a realm of restfulness. This does not go well.

Summary
Twilight hums, walking around them to approach the Loftwing again. It coos in greeting, but does not attempt to smother Twilight like it did with Legend. Twilight frowns in confusion, looking at Sky and Legend, back to the Loftwing, and then at Sky and Legend again. Sky mumbles something under his breath, no doubt puzzling over the actions of his Loftwing. Twilight catches Legend’s eye, blinks, then smirks.
“That’s weird. We’ll probably never know,” Twilight says, not taking his eyes off of Legend.
That son of a fucking bitch…
“Well, we can’t just sit here on this island all day,” Legend states, glaring at Twilight. Don’t say a fucking word, wolf boy.
Sky, once again oblivious, turns to face everyone else. “I can fly to Skyloft and see about getting some help in bringing everyone over.”
“Maybe you should take Legend with you,” Time suggests from Legend’s side—wait when did he get there? “Get a head start?”
