If you ask anyone with a medical degree they’d tell you no he fucking wasn’t. Newborns don’t laugh, they can’t. They don’t even smile until a couple weeks out, and laughing is a multi-month project. It’s a developmental stage, you start with socialization, and eventually they start cooing, and then, only then, do you get laughter.
And yet, Peter Spankoffski was born laughing.

Now Lucifer was staying here too? What right did that slithering bastard even have to—sigh. This was fine. He could work with this. He had to. Besides, there were plenty of ways to get a rise out of his majesty, ways that could get under his skin. You don't need physical strength to outmatch someone, just your wits about you.

Fizzarolli's life is usually good.
But it's never to late to be reminded Fizzarolli lives in Hell and it is not a place meant to be enjoyed.
