After years of avoiding his grief, and the couple he once rented too passing away he decided to move back into the house him and his late husband once shared. Penelope is a nearly seven-year-old girl exploring her new home and discovering more about her dead father. Along the way she ends up getting involved in a lot more than moving into a new place. Meeting the past residence of the house including a loud chaotic spirit that begins to stir up trouble for her and her family.

(Virgil-centric) Roman is a hero, and Remus is a villain, and they fight a lot, with Virgil often caught in the crossfire. But a different threat appears, and both hero and self proclaimed villain have to work together to beat it, together with allies.
The prologue can be read as a stand-alone. I’m planning on making this a series, but we’ll see if this actually happens.
