'So do you even have a plan,' Boq asked as he trailed after Glinda. Well he suppose it was Galinda now, since they came back to before she changed her name.
The blonde stopped short and spun around, glaring at him and making him feel guilty even though he's absolutely sure he hadn't even said anything wrong.
'Well I HAD a plan, before you showed up.'
Boq scoffed and crossed his arms, 'Well I'm sorry that your magic decided to take us both back. But we're stuck here now, and I want to help! So please let me help.'
Galinda softened a bit at his plea, before her face became resolute again and she turned away from him.
'The plan, is to save them.'

How would a time travel fic work when you have not just Glinda coming back in time but someone else as well? Someone perhaps a bit more emotional, angry, and not as great with subtlety as Glinda the good?

All Elphaba wanted was to get paid more to grow her personal library, but she ends up finding the Grimmorie in a dusty attic and makes the bad decision to bring it home. It promptly makes itself at home, and she now has a pet spell book?
Galinda wasn't expecting a human to arrive at her door being chased by the Emerald City guards, much less one that can unleash a dragons roar powerful enough to shake the mountains. Human or not, she was going to have hatchlings with this woman.

Elphaba gets in trouble with the Grimmorie and runs into Galinda a dragon living in the mountains who wifes her up. Domestic bliss ensues while Galinda is trying to convince her to give her hatchlings.

In the end, Fiyero is the one who figures it out first.
This is a problem not because it’s an actual problem (they’re settled and safe enough that she only has a minor panic attack about it, thank you very much), but more because he’s never going to let her forget the fact that he, brainless Winkie prince, discoverated that she was was pregnant before she did.
OR
Post-Movie, Elphaba (or really, Fiyero) discoverates that she's pregnant.

“Elphaba Thropp,” the man repeated, as if it meant something more than just a random name. “Isn’t that why you chose this house?”
“Why, on Earth, would I pick a house based on whether or not this Elphaba Thropp was my neighbour?” Fiyero asked.
“To catch the cat!” the man explained, and Fiyero laughed.
“What cat?” he asked, now wondering if he had drunk something that tasted bad or a bit out of the ordinary. He must have been sleeping, having those weird dreams some people claim have meanings but, in the end, were just a bunch of thoughts squeezed together in a juice jar.
“The one with the key."
OR,
Fiyero wants a new beginning back where he came from. He moves to Vinkus, a quaint neighbourhood in Emerald City, where every single man seems to make a life out of chasing a black cat with a key around its neck. Whoever catches it, apparently, won't be denied the prize they all seek: Elphaba Thropp's — the most beautiful and powerful woman around — hand in marriage.
Fiyero doesn't get it, and much less wants to engage with such activities or with the mysterious woman. But it's a bit harder when she lives just next door, and the black cat becomes a faithful companion of his.
