Has a surprising amount of hurt in it. (I swear it started out as a crack fic)

Summary
A small family living in the outskirts of a small town in Mie makes an impression on the Uraraka family living within said town. After being invited out to a small get together between the two families, the daughter of the Uraraka family, Ochako, a cheerful girl with rosy cheeks, is introduced to the son of the Midoriya family, Izuku, a wild child with a simian tail. With this meeting the two of them become fast friends and the course of their lives are forever changed.
Within Izuku lies a power so great, it is seemingly endless. Even at a young age, he is stronger, faster, and more adept to ki than even his family consisting of two great martial artists, but deeper within him dwells an even mightier power, one that comes at the dreadful cost of his sanity.
(This story is an mostly and MHA story with Dragon Ball Elements, and primarily uses locations from MHA with a few sprinkled in from DB.)
