Summary
Unable to deal with his depression himself and unsure of what to do next, Hajime checks himself into Hope's Peak Behavioral Center for a week in the hopes he'll learn better coping methods and learn how to live with his mental disorder. However, Hajime quickly learns that he's in for a week of constant monitoring, dull gaming hours, chaotic group therapies, and being housed in the same place as some genuinely certified eccentric people. Will all of this make him more open to socialization and getting close to others, or will he leave the same person he was when he entered?
