Summary

With a brief, yet vague explanation of ghosts, ectoplasm, and something called the GIW, the boy - self-proclaimed Phantom - vanishes.
Tim launches himself into research, discovering a plethora of new revelations into ghosts and the spirits that reside within and alongside their world. Some a little closer to home than others. As Tim and his family continue to search for answers, they'll discover government coverups, magic beyond even the knowledge of Justice League Dark, and a town that tows the border of life and death.
Meanwhile, Danny Fenton is having the time of his half-life at Gotham U, balancing engineering classes with his kingly duties in the Infinite Realms. But when Phantom ends up on the Bats' radar, his delicate balance might be upset entirely. But then again, Danny Fenton has never been one to retreat from trouble. Tim was never meant to be a permanent part of the Batfamily. He took on the role of Robin because Batman needs a Robin, but Batman has a Robin and even more people in his corner now and he doesn’t need Tim.

The Juistria League - the alliance of the major countries of the continent Juisitria - has long since stood for peace.
Unfortunately there is one country that is a thorn in their side whenever they try to solidify that peace: The Infinite Lands, a country of barbarians to the north where the only reason they survive is the magic in the air. Where the magic is so strong that even children develop a talent, which they themselves call "the blessings of the dragons".
The country that, last time the Juistria League had tried to negotiate, had waged a war more brutal then anything seen before on them, for over a decade - right until the moment a rebellion caged him. Not long ago, his murderer took the title.
And now, that very same newly crowned High Chief demands negotiations of them.
Bruce would rather die, would rather see Gotham and all of Juistria in flames than to allow that man to take one of his children. Tim, however, makes another decision before he could say that. Now, everyone has to hope Phantom will be happy with the boy…

In the end, he regretted having his eyes sewn in buttons by the Beldam but before he could get eaten, Tim was able to make a deal with the Beldam.
“If I can find a better family… Better than what you did for me before all this,” Tim gestures at everything, “then you have to let go of me.”
Beldam taps her fingers, humming rhythmically before grinning, “Seems unlikely but alright. And if you can’t find a better one then you’ll have to come back here.” she said, “With me.”
Or
Tim is already dead but can’t move on because of the Beldam but made a deal so if Tim finds a better family then his soul will be free and can rest, and if not then he’ll be eaten slowly.
