Kuroo stares at him for a long moment.
“Okay,” he says finally.
Koutarou tilts his head. “Okay?”
“Okay,” Kuroo says, taking a deep breath. “I’ll be your pretend boyfriend, or whatever.”
“Really?” Koutarou exclaims, before immediately falling off the couch in excitement. “Ow,” he says, before shooting back up. “But seriously, Kuroo, y’mean it?”
“Yeah,” Kuroo says, shrugging nonchalantly. He rubs the back of his neck again, then meets Koutarou’s gaze. “What’s the worst that can happen?”

Reyanth - Tenimyu RPFShirotan and Aibatchi find themselves in an awkward situation when they unexpectedly switch places with the characters they play—and vice-versa. A far-fetched story for the all-round Tenipuri fan.
This one I come back to rather often, and had a lot of fun reading every time. The shenanigans are fun, on both sides of the world divide. I do constantly find myself just feeling for Kazuki, who really is in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation, and I sincerely wish for him to be happy somehow. I also adore Atobe's characterisation in this, calculating and clever but with that soft heart deep down.
