A woman gets the same symptoms and while Cuddy and Wilson are sure it’s meningococcus, House has suspicions. To confirm these suspicions, he convinces himself to have the symptoms, meaning he was right about his theory, but now has to deal with the leftovers of the hysteria.

The doctors on this flight have reason this is due to the ingestion of the sea bass served to you, which had a toxin. If you also ate this fish, you are now digesting a poisonous toxin. He’s dying. Have a nice flight!” He hung it up. Mutters of distress rung throughout the cabin, and a distant retch.
“House, what the hell!” Wilson barked from the other aisle. House smirked in response.
“Great, you just worried an entire plane of passengers who ate some maybe bad bass. You happy?” Cuddy crossed her arms.
