It is always an odd kind of hour when Jopson, the captain's steward, slithers into sickbay. Slithers, because that must be how he gets in. Alex has good ears. In good company and after a bit of whiskey, he would be happy to proclaim that he can start forming a diagnosis from the sound of a man's shuffle towards the door.
But Jopson does not shuffle. The man is more of a spectre, really, and true to the habits of those, he always appears unexpected.

Athena wasn't one for crowds. When it came to festivals and other large gatherings, she preferred to stay away. There was no reason for her to be apart of the festivities anyways. With so many drunkards, people being too loud...she never understood the appeal.
Unsurprisingly, her foolish student finds this appalling and vows to drag her to one to show why she's wrong. Very loudly and very dramatically.
Remind her who lets him get away with all of this? She needs to have a word with them.
