    Valentine’s Day is drawing near, and the fastest blue hedgehog must face his fear.

    Why, you may ask.

    Well... to find out, Sonic will first have to face his aversion to commitment and the arguments he has with himself.

    Yet waiting only made it worse, his anxious thoughts a growing curse.

    For his part, Shadow, who was on the verge of denial, had to resolve the predicament he had put his poor heart in.

    Will he confess what lies inside, or let his pride keep love denied?

    Both hedgehogs were unaware that their struggles unified.

    When Jewel the Beetle goes missing, the former Diamond Cutters regroup to search for her and discover something horrifying. Two days later, Blaze the Cat travels to Sonic's dimension due to the Sol Emeralds warning her of urgent danger. She quickly finds herself entangled in a horrific spiral of death where she and a group of Restoration allies have to fight to survive while figuring out if there's any way to stop their once idolized hero from from killing everyone. With every second counting, ever danger threatening her life, and every failure weighing heavily on the princess, she's forced to find a way to push through growing trauma and fear to get herself—and hopefully even one other person—out alive.

    But Jewel's got business checking in on the rest of the Restoration so she hired this wolf to help out Lanolin in the meantime. Hopefully he won't get in her way too much.

    But he does. And it would be a lot more frustrating if he wasn't so good at his job...and getting cuter by the day.

    But no. Lanolin's got a job to do. Not to mention a few crushes to get over. So, there's no time to be staring at her brand-new puppy. And yet she can't even do that when the two of them are getting interrupted every five minutes by someone trying to give relationship advice.

    It's gonna be one helluva headache rebuilding Emeraldville. But Gadget's at her side and he brought coffee, so how hard can it really be?

      Lamentablemente Jewel tiene asuntos pendientes con el resto de la Restauración, así que contrató a un lobo para ayudarla. Ojalá el no se interponga demasiado en su camino. Pero lo termina haciendo. Esto sería mucho más frustrante si no fuera tan bueno en su trabajo... y cada día, el se vea mucho más guapo. Y que esa loba y lemur que conoce durante hace tiempo luzcan demasiado sexys y que desea probarl-

      Ella tiene un trabajo que hacer. Así que no hay tiempo para estar de distraida por su nuevo cachorro. Pero es difícil concentrarse cuando la interrumpen cada cinco minutos,nalguien que intenta darles consejos sobre relaciones. Reconstruir Emeraldville va a ser un dolor de cabeza tremendo. Pero Gadget está a su lado y le trajo su amado café, así que ¿qué tan difícil puede ser?....

    Weeks after their confrontation with Tails and Sonic, and after both Kitsunami and Surge had to return to Starline's laboratory, Kitsunami becomes seriously ill, to the point that Surge is forced to turn to his worst enemy and the person he hated the most, believing him to be responsible: Sonic.

    Or; after their confrontation with Sonic, Tails (and in a way Eggman) and after Kit and Surge returned to Dr. Starline's old base, where suddenly and without explanation Kit gets sick, Surge finds himself forced to rely on his greatest enemies having to learn that maybe Sonic and Tails aren't really so bad, and that she and Kit can achieve something better.

    (I'm not really sure if the improvements Starline made to Surge and Kit were only physical, or if he also improved them so they wouldn't catch any diseases, but for the sake of this fanfic I'll assume not)
