If you asked the average citizen of Remnant to describe Ruby Rose, they’d tell you she was a hero. That she was the woman who united the world, a champion of the people, a final beacon of light in a storm without end, the rallying cry that stirred hope when all seemed lost. She was everything a Huntress should be, and so much more than that.
If you asked Weiss Schnee what she believed, she’d tell you much the same, but in further detail. Ruby Rose was beautiful beyond all compare, kind beyond all measure, compassionate to a fault, and more troubled than anyone outside her team would ever know. But above all else, despite the suffering and aggression the world had thrown her way, Ruby Rose was strong enough to be gentle.

So now, the Penguin has to lead a group of misfits on a treasure hunt to find artifacts that can lead to the Obsidius Blade. Can Tundra confess to Zappy? Will they save the multiverse from Silverfang? Will the EDF realize they probably made a mistake?

Superintendent Ozpin plucked her from the ashes of Vale after she forged EMBER CELICA and CRESCENT ROSE with her bare hands. Spends a lot of time in the workshop.
PÝRRHA NÍKOS, Special Operations Major and Field Combat Division Chief. Fully integrated with a Mistrali Ashivan-U8 full-body hardened mobile anti-assailant chassis Mk. VII (“EKDROMOS”). Ozpin selected her from Mistral’s royal cavalry when she was able to pilot her new body without severing her spinal cord. Spends too much time by herself.
Pýrrha is to spend some time getting calibrated in Ruby’s workshop. As like many things in his purview, Ozpin watches them spiral out of control.

After having lost her legs from a Grimm attack at a young age, and having been diagnosed with Autism a few years later, many would have thought she'd lose her optimism, but it only got stronger.
Blake Belladonna: Attentive, agile, and stealthy. Shows a keen eye for reconnaissance and espionage. Daughter of Kali and Ghira Belladonna, Leaders of Kuo Kuana, Menagerie. Shifty-eyed and more than happy to draw attention to someone else than be the center of the spotlight.
Yang Xiao Long: Brash, strong, and protective. Happy going and extroverted, Yang shows exceedingly high skill in hand-to-hand combat. Daughter of Taiyang Xiao Long and Raven Branwen, both alumni. Exuberant and excitable, easy to make friends with but also easy to anger. Avoid separating from younger sister, Ruby Rose, at all costs.
