Summary
When John finally stops retconning around, he finds the session wrecked, torn apart by crashes and glitches. He can't find anyone, either. All signs point to the worst, but he doesn't want to believe it. Not until he finds a stranger hovering before the glitches get too harsh to fly through, staring into the distance.
It's a familiar scene. The Alpha Timeline dictates that he'll leave this stranger to simply soar into the glitches and die. But John's own morality may not let him just stay idly by.

He's sick, again, and so fucking tired of how wrong everything is going. All he can hope is that it ends sooner rather than later.

He has feelings for Karkat that he isn't ready to talk about just yet, but at least for the moment, he's happy.

Summary
Sollux has found his way to Earth C after years of meandering the void, and that's spelling some changes for Dave's happy life with his partners. Sollux and Karkat have some unresolved, lingering feelings from the time of the Game still hanging around, and Dave's happy to watch Karkat get re-involved with his old flame. However, Sollux isn't the only familiar face who's emerged from the Game - Aradia came with him and is likely to be involved in Dave's relationships soon enough simply thanks to Sollux's entanglement with Karkat. So, he takes an opportunity while Sollux is out, to get to know the new girl. Somehow, he thinks he's not getting out of this without a third girlfriend.

In reality, Brobot was created to protect Jake, to ensure his safety while Dirk is stuck thousands of miles and hundreds of years away. As the night grows late, Dave decides to re-invigorate the conversation with some quadrant talk - which Aradia gleefully dives into. They chat about their respective crushes and the possible future of their polycule. It looks like seven members might not be the end of its growth, just like four wasn't, and five wasn't.
