Aziraphale has encounters with several cats over the ages who help care for his books and keep him company. At first he ignores and takes their presence for granted, but he learns to appreciate them and gradually, they bring him closer and closer to his demon, until Aziraphale realizes what he really wants. So Aziraphale hatches plans to get it. -
