Fanfic 1: Mindreading Incense
Plot: Wei Wuxian buys an incense after visiting Caiyi Town at the beginning of the guest disciples lectures, but uses it a few days after his punishment of coping the Lan rules. He realizes he can read minds when he looks at a person and immediately sees Lan Wangji, who is struggling with his newfound crush. Wei Wuxian is intrigued with who Lan Wangji crush is but he isn't oblivious and realizes that Lan Wangji has a crush on him. Wei Wuxian starts to tease Wangji about many things and catches on early that red ears don't always mean anger. Lan Wangji confused on why Wei Wuxian keeps hanging around him, tries to push away because Wangji is afriad of what he'd do to Wei Wuxian, causing an inappropriate thought to cross his mind, Wei Wuxian sees this and is flabbergasted.
Weeks go by and WangXian become closer, but the gift becomes stronger, leading Wei Wuxian to be able to her other's thoughts without looking at them, and it overwhelms him, leading Wei Wuxian to see comfort from Lan Wangji. Sometime when WangXian are cuddling underneath a large tree, Wei Wuxian tells Lan Wangji why he got overwhelmed.
Lan Wangji: "... So when did this happen?"
Wei Wuxian: "Sometime after I got assigned copying the rules as punishment-- Oh shit."
Lan Wangji: "Mn. I see." *gets up and starts to speed walk away*
Lan Zhan: 'Heknowsheknowsheknowsheknowsheknows---'
Wei Wuxian: "Lan Zhan-- Wait!" *Grabs Lan zhan's sleeve*
Lan Wangji: *Breaks off into a death or live run*
Wei Ying: "LLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNN ZZZZZZZHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M SORRY!!!! COME BACK!!"
Lan Xichen: *Blocks Wangji's path* "Wangji, calm down, what--"
Lan Wangji: *Jumps over his brother and continues running*
Wei Wuxian: *Trips and falls flat on his face, clutching his stomach while laughing*
Lan Xichen: (⊙ˍ⊙)
Lan Qiren: WTF???????????????????????????????
