Spot Splatter Splash and Feather Tell-a-Tale were in the latter's house or wherever she lives in. It was never specified where Feather lives in as she was never in the original Lalaloopsy series, so we're just gonna assume that it's a house. Feather Tell-a-Tale was laying down on the bed as it was the middle of the night. "Here we are," Spot told Feather as she twiddled a paintbrush on Feather's face to make Feather herself more sensitive. There was a can in the back of the room, but the distance where the can was from Spot and Feather gave no hint as to what was inside.
"What are you gonna do to me?" Feather asked Spot. "Give you a spa massage with whatever that stuff is in the back," Spot answered. Spot then went to the thermostat and turned the temperature down in the place to a temperature where it would be really cold, but not freezing like what Dot turned it down to in the last season. Spot then pulled out the can from the back of the room, which was really cold as a result of it staying in the refrigerator. It was at this point where Feather finally figured out what Spot was gonna do to her.
"Please, Spot, you know how ticklish I am," Feather told Spot. "What do you have in this can anyway?" Feather asked. Spot showed her the label on the can. "Whipped cream? Are you trying to make a dessert out of me or something?" Feather asked. "Oh, you'll see what I got," Spot answered as she had a grin on her face. Spot aimed the whipped cream can at Feather's arm where her skin was showing. "Any last words?" Spot asked. "Why are you doing this to me?" Feather asked, quoting the title of Keep It Spotless season 1 episode 4. Spot gave no answer to that question Feather just asked,
Without any hesitation Spot started spraying very cold whipped cream on Feather's arm, which made Feather squeal. While Spot is the most ticklish Lalaloopsy, of course, Feather also is extremely ticklish too, though probably not to the extent that Spot is. "I made sure to keep it in the refrigerator so it's nice and cold. I didn't put it in the freezer because if I did, it would've exploded in there," Spot told Feather as she was spraying it down Feather's arms. "Oh, no, keep going! This is better than a day to the spa!" Feather told Spot, and Spot did just that.
Spot then brought out the chocolate and butterscotch syrups and drizzled that all over the cream on Feather, then licked that straight up. "After you did this to me several times, I've always wanted to do that to you next, and now you're finally experiencing it," Spot told Feather. Spot then sprayed a lot of whipped cream all over Feather while Feather laughed a lot from how ticklish it felt on her. "Ha ha ha ha! Stop that! That REALLY tickles!" Feather said out loud as Spot was spraying a lot of whipped cream all over her.
"Now you're looking good enough to eat," Spot told a now whipped cream covered Feather. Spot ate it all off Feather with a spoon as Feather laughed a lot from how much that tickled her. It turns out Feather was actually enjoying this sweet whipped cream treatment that she was being subjected to, even if it tickled her really bad. Spot sprayed long lines of whipped cream down Feather's arms and legs and topped them off with the syrups from earlier. Spot then licked them clean as Feather laughed a lot. "It tickles so bad, but I am really getting the hang of this!" Feather said out loud.
Spot and Feather were really having fun with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and caramel syrup in many different ways. "You know, Liezel would love a treatment like that," Spot told Feather. For this next treatment Spot was gonna subject Feather too, she did an all-over spray of all three toppings on Feather as Feather squealed and laughed so much from it. Spot whipped cream torturing Feather like that, gave Feather an idea for her tickle spa she opened back in the third season of this Lalaloopsy series. Oh, you gotta see what happens next, and we're about to show you right now...
Feather Tell-a-Tale decided to bring Spot's whipped cream torturing to her tickle spa and offer that as a treatment. The first customer wanting this new treatment was Liezel, wearing a pink polka dot bikini, who was sitting down in a chair over there and waiting for her turn. "I'm extremely ticklish, so I don't know about this new treatment that's about to come to me," Liezel said as she was sitting down. "But you were curious about this new treatment this place has to offer, right?" Spot asked Liezel. "I'm a 25 year old grown woman, who has a job at Papa's Paleteria making paletas to serve to my customers who really want them. I've never actually heard of a whipped cream torture treatment before. I'm too ticklish, I hope there's no passers by. This means you, Peanut Big Top and Trishna!" Liezel said in a nervous tone.
Liezel's turn came at Feather's tickle spa as Liezel's hands were tied to something so it'll be harder for her to escape. Feather put a pink blindfold over Liezel's eyes so she can't see anything. "You don't see us, do you?" Feather asked Liezel. "No, I can't see you, but I can hear you," Liezel answered. Spot shook up the whipped cream can and sprayed a line of whipped cream down Liezel's stomach and then sprayed her sides. "My first Papa Louie customer to visit my tickle spa, and she's really ticklish indeed," Feather told the viewers as Liezel was shown laughing so much.
Spot then filled both of Liezel's armpits with whipped cream as she laughed so hard, but tried to hold still so none of the whipped cream would fall off of her. Spot then sprayed long lines down Liezel's arms, and another one down the stomach, as Liezel laughed even louder. "It's like a whole bucket of feathers got poured all over me!" Liezel said out loud as she was laughing so much from how it felt. Spot then went down to Liezel's feet, where it was shown Liezel got a pink pedicure a few days ago. Spot sprayed whipped cream on Liezel's toes and soles which made Liezel laugh so hard. "Ha ha ha! Not my feet! Ha ha ha!" Liezel said out loud as Spot was whipped cream torturing her.
Liezel's blindfold was then taken off and Liezel looked at her whipped cream decorated self. "So, how was it, Liezel?" Feather asked. "It tickled like crazy. The whipped cream on my feet made them feel like they were both in a bucket of feathers. I'd say it was a success in whipped cream torturing me! Oh, you should definitely offer these for fun to unsuspecting victims who need one! Maybe pass it off as like the whipped cream treatment or something," Liezel answered. "You know what, I'm gonna do just that and offer that at my tickle spa. Go and tell your friends, or unsuspecting victims or whoever," Feather told Liezel. "Oh, I know who I'm gonna be telling about this!" Liezel said. Spot and Feather then ate the whipped cream sprayed all over Liezel with spoons as she laughed so much.
"I came here from San Fresco Wharf, the place where the restaurant I work at, Papa's Paleteria, is located. I am extremely ticklish, I'd say I'm a 12 or even a 13 on a scale of 1 to 10 on how ticklish I am. When I was little, I too found tickling to be torturous and I absolutely hated it back then, just like Spot did," Liezel explained to Spot and Feather. "Oh, you're the lady working the paleta place! Nice! I'd love to try one of your paletas sometime!" Feather told Liezel. "You can come to Papa's Paleteria any time," Liezel said. "So yeah, when you were little, others knew how ticklish you were back then?" Spot asked. "Yep, that would be right. If they knew how ticklish I was, I'd always try to avoid it. I was hesitant and nervous about this whipped cream torture treatment this place had to offer, but I went for it anyway because I was up for a personal challenge," Liezel answered.
Later on, Feather and Spot's next two customers were Peanut Big Top and Trishna. It turns out Liezel set up appointments for these two at around 4 PM for the both of them by calling the place, so she could get back at the two for them always snitching on her and her friends. Liezel was sitting on a chair and holding a large cup of Hyper Green and a large box of Pluto Puffs popcorn, watching what was gonna happen to Peanut and Trishna. "I got the best seat in the house," Liezel said to herself as she started munching on her Pluto Puffs and took a sip of her Hyper Green.
Feather got to work on Trishna, who was in a teal bikini, while Spot got to work on Peanut. Little did the two know, Trishna and Peanut were both extremely ticklish. Peanut and Trishna's hands were both tied to a thing that won't let them escape, and then were blindfolded so they can't see what was about to come to them. "I wonder if this is gonna be something fun and nice for the two of us," Trishna said. It was anything but, as Feather sprayed a line of whipped cream down Trishna's stomach and arms, and Spot did the same to Peanut. Both Trishna and Peanut laughed so hard, which Liezel did enjoy watching from a distance. Liezel even was getting the whole show recorded on her phone too so she can look back at this funny memory for years to come.
Feather and Spot then went down to Trishna and Peanut's feet. Trishna had a blue pedicure on for this treatment. Feather sprayed Trishna's feet with whipped cream, and Spot sprayed Peanut's, resulting in plenty of laughter and giggling from the two. Liezel was really enjoying her Hyper Green and Pluto Puffs while watching the whole thing go down for the two. "Now my feet feel like they're in a bucket of feathers!" Trishna said out loud as she laughed so much, but not in a way where she's enjoying the treatment, because she wasn't enjoying it. "Same here! This is so torturous!" Peanut said out loud as she laughed so much from how ticklish it was for them.
Peanut and Trishna's blindfolds were taken off and they looked at their whipped cream covered selves. "How was it?" Feather asked as she and Spot grinned at the two. "You two tortured us real good. We're gonna remember this for a long time. It felt like so many feathers at once touching my skin," Trishna answered. "Yeah, and mine too. I couldn't take that much tickling at once," Peanut added. Feather and Spot ate the whipped cream off them with spoons as Peanut and Trishna laughed even more at how ticklish it felt. Liezel was still getting all this hot action on her video she was recording. "Oh yeah, I'm thinking about burning this on a DVD or something so I can look back at this for months or even years to come," Liezel said. Liezel finished up her Hyper Green and Pluto Puffs at this point.
After Peanut and Trishna got the cream off of them, Liezel stopped the recording right there, cleaned up after herself and went to go wash her hands to clean off any green and purple powder that her fingers got coated in after eating the Pluto Puffs. Peanut and Trishna both left the spa and went back to their homes. "Don't tell them, but I was the one who set the two up to get these whipped cream torture treatments," Liezel told Spot and Feather. "Oh, don't worry, we won't. I'd rather let them figure it out on their own," Feather said. "Yeah, me too, it's gonna be funny to see how they react when they eventually find out," Spot added. Feather, Spot and Liezel all shared a laugh together as this silly and messy Lalaloopsy episode ends right here.
