“They’re relationship disclosure forms?” Buck says in confusion. Eddie perks up and leans in closer to see. Buck separates the two sheets of paper that were in the folder. “And they’re both like… almost completely filled out.”
“Wait, that one’s mine!” Eddie points to the left sheet. “I’m single, though?”
Buck frowns, before his face pales. “The other’s… mine?”
Or, Buck and Eddie find something when helping to clean out Bobby’s office. Even in the grave, Bobby finds a way.

Chris says it all basically in one breath, and looks up expectantly to Eddie once he’s finished.
Eddie feels like all the air’s been sucked out of his lungs. His mouth hangs open as he figures out what to say.
Or, Chris likes a boy. That’s fine, it totally is. It just leads Eddie to think and reflect on his own childhood.

She chuckles, not before noticing when Eddie pulls out his phone and starts talking to some “Buck” person. What the hell did that person do to their parents to be named Buck?

Summary
He opens the restroom door, and almost cries at the sight. It’s definitely been tidied up, considering Eddie left it a mess before he bolted off to work the day before. The bathtub is full, sudsy water reaching the brim. It’s steaming, and Eddie wants to jump in now. He practically rips his clothes off with shaky hands, sinking deep into the hot water of the bath. He groans, immediately feeling the vile cold within him retreat just the tiniest bit. He lays there for what he thinks must be less than a minute before the door is opening again.
“Hey,” Buck mumbles. “I know you don’t do baths often but… I know it’s been a tough day. So, lemme take care of you, yeah? Y- You can say no if you want, of course.”

Summary
If Buck could go back to all those weeks ago and tell himself that this idea would place at the top of the list of his monumentally stupid ideas, he would do it in a heartbeat. He would knock some sense into his own head, or let Maddie do it for him.
But here he is now, and a time machine, unfortunately, hasn’t been invented yet.
Here he is now, with Eddie boring into his eyes after that. After realizing he’s been caught red-handed. Except, the implication Eddie’s just made means he’s been sitting on this. And, holy hell.
Eddie breathes out, his chest puffing out noticeably.
“Not so quick to answer when the tables are turned, are you?”
