The kid takes a breath in, trying to look casual, but failing miserably. “Have you really not noticed? Bakugou?”
Aizawa furrows his brow, crosses his arms and tries to calm the immediate sinking feeling in his chest. “What about Bakugou? Has he been bothering you?”
“Yes!” Shinsou blurts out. “Wait you meant— No. Not directly. I don’t think he knows who I am.”
Aizawa waits for him to explain.
“Isn’t it obvious?” Shinsou asks incredulously.

Shinsou notices Bakugou bullying Midoriya and speaks up about it.

They were. Iida, Midoriya, and Kirishima sprinted up the slick incline with their quirks, silhouettes clear against the fires. The ice ramp could only mean one thing: Todoroki stood at the bottom.
Aizawa’s eyes narrowed. “Idiots,” he hissed.
Or, an alternate ending to the Kamino incident when the group rescues Bakugo from All for One. Midoriya gets hurt during the escape.

Izuku learns a lesson about his own self-care, when someone else cares for him.

The boy’s eyes always tended to give him away.
They were shining, of course, bright and vibrant in their intensity and joy, and matching his classmates in that respect and looking a tad more rested than he had the days prior (which was a small relief for the man).
However, beneath the almost forced cheer he could see something…
A flicker and glimmer of something unpleasant, unhappy.
A hurt that the boy seemed either unaware of (unlikely) or trying to ignore.
And it was the same look that Todoroki and Shinsou both had sometimes too, that haunted sort of shadow that filtered through when they thought people weren’t paying attention to them.
Shouta didn’t like that look, especially in the gazes of children.Series
