It was sort of an impulse, buying the droid. Like seeing a treat you want from a coffee shop and buying it because it’ll make you feel better. Except in Obi-Wan’s case, he was incredibly drunk when he made the choice and it was in the safety of his home office, scrolling through extravagant cars and luxuries before he remembered a random message Quinlan sent not so long ago, when he was still annoyed by the one sided divorce from Satine. It was a link to a sex droid, one of the very limited and very expensive kind, only for those who had a lifestyle that could easily afford it.
Obi-Wan buys a sex bot after divorcing his wife and of course it's going to look like a Greek sculpture twink. Why else would he have all that money for?

He can barely feel his own arms, or legs, or the slow beating in his heart. It’s always like this after he’s been neglected for more than three days, isolated in this dark room with only a small lamplight as a source of light and the IV in his arms being his only sustenance. Not like it matters anyway, since his vision is so blurry that he basically can’t see or feel the needle in his arm. The Force is so far away, blocked by the suppression collar adorning his neck.
He’s wasting away in this room, just waiting for the next time he comes and does whatever he wants, unheeding of Obi-Wan’s feeble resistances and complaints.
