Lilith has returned. She has all the cards in her hands and Alastor's invisible leash wrapped around her perfect fingers - but no one who has played poker with Alastor would suggest counting him out before the game is over.
Alastor has faced some of the greatest evils that have ever existed - has stood firm in back alleys against overlords stronger than him, has several times dodged exorcist spears and even divine guitars.
He is NOT going to be defeated by a fucking HOTEL ROOM and the desperate housewife from HELL.
Alternative summary: Alastor spends a sizeable amount of time locked in single combat with a hotel room door, Vaggie grows as a person, Lucifer Morningstar is Very Concerned that his ex-wife and current-whatever may be getting along too well, Charlie spends a lot of time being confused, Frederick von Eldrich comes out of retirement with style, the Archangel Michael develops a headache, and Vox attempts to de-bug his conscience.
There are also copious musical references for no good reason whatsoever.

You had a stuffed fox too; you named it Sketcher. I-” He pauses to think. “[…] You think of Dream and George as your brothers. You thought of Punz as your brother too, but you never told Dream that.”
Sapnap cannot say a word. He stares, eyes wide.
The things that Karl listed are not things that the general public knows. These are small details that only his closest friends know. These are secrets that Sapnap never ever voiced – he never told Dream or George about Punz. He never ever explained that his grief for Punz is so strong because he was like a brother to him.
It's terrifying.
Karl looks at him, so earnest, his lips trembling. There’s wetness in his voice when he finishes. “And you love me,” he whispers. “You told me you loved me.”
It’s terrifying. It’s abnormal, it’s worrisome, it’s alarming.
And the scariest part is that Sapnap believes him.OR: the Dream Team are superheroes; Karl is a random guy who walks in and declares that he knows Sapnap.

In an attempt to stop Tommy from backstabbing him too, he becomes violent with him to fear him into loyalty.When Wilbur finds out he's been talking to Tubbo behind his back, he tries his violent methods again. Tommy slips from his grasp heavily injured and runs towards Manburg where he falls into the arms of none other than Schlatt, begging him for help.

"I- I don't know- what the fuck? What's going on?" Eret turned to his friends, hoping for some kind of explanation. They looked at him incredulously.
"Hold on, what did you just say?" Tommy asked him.
"I said, what's going-" Eret didn't have time to finish when he felt a sharp sting in his neck.
Instantly, he collapsed to the ground, his muscles giving out on him as energy drained from his body. The sounds of bodies falling to the ground surrounded him as each of his friends fell alongside him. He tried to scream, but his mouth wouldn’t open. Fear rushed through his veins.
An iron needle clattered to the ground next to him, the tip coated with an iridescent gray mixed with blood. He watched as the strange mixture seeped into the cold, stone ground.
A shadow loomed over him, a porcelain mask leering down. "Eret, you were supposed to be on our side. I’m glad I came prepared.”

Philza always wanted kids.
It was something he thought of fondly, even as a child. He couldn't explain it, but the thought of having someone so precious to him made life seem so much brighter. It didn't matter if he had a significant other or not, although it would be nice, he would cherish them until his dying day.
He did get his wish in the end, but, fate had a funny way of delivering it to him.
