They were so different from Valentino’s wings, which may appear soft but are rigid and sharp up close. Fully extended, they encircle him like a satanic halo, and when closed down, swallow their prey whole.

I saw a post somewhere that was like “would Husk’s wings ever remind Angel of Val’s,” and I have not stopped thinking about it.
This is set in the same universe as my other huskerdust fics, but can stand alone!
