Summary
The first time Gamzee smoked weed, he coughed like crazy. He was 13. His dad was gone for 3 days in a row now with no contact, and Kurloz was in charge by default. On the second day, Kurloz invited over his pals, and they'd been smoking inside the trailer house ever since.
Gamzee's dad always told him only losers smoked that shit, but Kurloz didn't seem like a loser to Gamzee. In fact, Kurloz was the closest thing to a guardian that Gamzee had known since their mom skipped out shortly after he was born, and his dad was an alcoholic who spent as much time at the bar as he did at work.
