Hi all! This is another venture into a canon era fic, but this is mostly canon compliant in terms of a backstory (majority of the show, with maybe some sprinklings of the book) except that Myrcella lives and instead of Jon being sent into exile, he's crowned King.
I promise that the politics & backstory etc will unfold naturally in the story, so if it is important to it it will be revealed within the story itself.
Please heed the tags! This is going to be anti a lot of people's faves, so please don't read if that isn't for you. Also, if you think there should be any additional tags, please let me know.
Title comes from a sonnet by Pablo Neruda that semperlitluv kindly directed me to after kindly letting me rant about this story all day.
