To see how broken the traitor had become.
He didn't even bother covering his interrogating with questions why he’d stumbled into the tavern half-dressed and shaking. Hadn’t asked what had chased him out into the night, what had made him lose control so completely that frost poured from his hands without a Vision to channel it. He’d gone straight for the power, the anomaly, the threat. Like he was a puzzle to be solved, a liability to be assessed.Ch 25 Kaeya leaned against the nearest wall the moment the door closed behind him, the soft click of the lock echoing like a final judgment in the quiet bathroom. The world outside felt distant, muffled by the tile and wood, but inside his head, the storm raged unchecked. His legs gave way slowly, deliberately, as if his body knew what was coming and wanted to ease into the fall. He slid down the wall until he hit the cold floor, the impact jarring his scars but barely registering against the ache in his chest. Knees pulled tight to his chest, he wrapped his arms around them, holding himself as tightly as he could, as if he squeezed hard enough, he could keep the pieces from shattering completely.
He attacked Diluc.
He'd fucking stabbed Diluc with his ice.
He'd tried to kill him...
Ch 40 misund d thinks
Ch 43Diluc didn’t flinch. Didn’t look away. He just stood there, shoulders bowed under the crushing weight of what he’d done, snowflakes catching in his red hair but he made no move to brush it away. His voice, when it came, was small, broken, barely carrying over the wind. “I thought he was betraying us,” he said, the confession tearing out of him like it physically hurt. “I saw the knights dead… saw him on his knees, not fighting… and I thought-” His breath hitched, voice cracking. “I thought he’d finally turned. That the Abyss had him. That he was going to destroy everything. And I-I got so angry. I didn't mean to try kill him-” He stopped, swallowing hard, eyes glistening with unshed tears. “He got away from me. But I-”
Ch 53 Diluc pushed open the heavy doors of the headquarters, his father's final words reverberating in his skull, word for word, as if the crystal were still active. "I'm not sure you would ever want to find out more about Khaenri’ah, Kaeya, or about your family... but if so... I was able to find someone... or more accurately, he was able to find you." Crepus's voice played on in his mind, steady now, guiding him like a lantern in the dark. The halls of the headquarters blurred past as Diluc strode forward, knights stepping aside without a word, sensing the urgency in his gait. "You and Diluc saw him a few times near our home and around Mondstadt when you were younger, if you remember him. I was able to speak to him, and thankfully he wasn't a threat like I thought..." The voice continued, a lifeline pulling Diluc toward Jean's office. "His name is Dainsleif, and apparently he was your guard and protector in Khaenri’ah when you were younger. I was only able to get a few things out of him... but maybe if you ever want to find more about Khaenri’ah, then he will be able to help you."Ch 60Baizhu nodded slowly. “Kaeya’s vocal cords were very seriously damaged by the burns but because of his Cryo Vision, he has a chance to speak again, with the right, long recovery. But if he doesn’t rest, if he strains his voice too soon or too much… he may lose the ability permanently.”
Diluc felt the floor shift beneath him again... His vision tunneled for the second time in minutes, the elegant jade walls of the Jade Chamber narrowing to a pinprick around Baizhu’s calm face. Permanent... The word slammed into him like a second claymore strike, heavier this time, sharper. The guilt crashed over him in waves, cold and relentless, drowning him until he couldn’t breathe around it.

“We value our blood, Duncan. We look down upon others for their Andal, or god forbid, their first men blood. We are the blood of the dragon, and we’re exceptional,” he laughed bitterly. “We’re allowed to do what other men could only wish, and mount their sisters as wives. Or their omega brothers, if so inclined.”
The prince sighed, tired and covered in blood and other grossness as he held his daughter close. He guided her to latch, smiling weakly when the infant did.

Yuuji always believed he was a Beta. Even when his twin brother, Sukuna presented as an Alpha when they were both 13, Yuuji hadn’t show any changes. Not that it changed the very tight bond between his twin brother and him. It wasn’t until Yuuji was fifteen when he presented his first heat. A late bloomer. He was alone at home until Sukuna found him and like the “good” twin Alpha brother, he opted to “help” his —now— Omega twin.
However, they were caught in the act and soon after, Sukuna was disowned and kicked out of the house. Yuuji is forced to go to therapy for a few years. Now that Yuuji is 23, he wants to reunite with his twin. Have some sort of closure now that he is ready to move on.
But that will result to be difficult when Sukuna is now the new heir of the Ryoumen clan and has no intention of letting Yuuji put the past behind them.
