Summary

Megumi tried to explain this to Satoru, once. Stupid, he’d gotten in response, accompanied by a bright smile and a ruffle of his hair. You don’t have to ‘collect’ anything. If you feel like you’re running out, all you have to do is ask us for more. We’re your family.
Megumi studies his parents, and learns what love really is.

Summary
Shoko looks between the two boys, then frowns. “If this is your idea of a prank, I have to say, it’s a stupid one.”
Suguru mirrors her expression. “What do you mean?”
“Satoru’s taller than you.”
“What?”
Shoko blinks, taken aback. Across the room, two pairs of eyes stare back at her, widened in surprise. Satoru’s hair is mussed from his awkward laying position earlier, and the bottom of Suguru’s shirt is fully wrinkled, but neither boy seems to care — or notice. “This can’t be news to you guys,” Shoko says, slowly. Talking to the pair now feels like trying to calm down a spooked animal, somehow. “It’s not by much, but —”
“Get up,” Suguru says, snapping his book shut and tossing it onto the table next to him. He gets to his feet, and tugs at Satoru’s sleeve. “We’re settling this. Now.”
Satoru gains a couple of centimetres, and Suguru struggles to come to terms with it.

Summary
“You come over when I tell you to. No other times, meaning you never get to ask me if you can come over. You can sleep with whoever else you want, but you have to get tested every couple of weeks and we’re always going to use condoms. Even when you’re not putting it in, because I hate making a mess.”
“I can do that.”
“And no one will ever know about this. Not now, not after it ends. It stays between us.” Suguru says, his hands moving to cup Satoru’s face and pull him closer. “You think you can manage that?”
Satoru grins. “I’ll do whatever you want me to.”
“Good.” Suguru murmurs, a shadow of a smile ghosting over his face as he closes the gap between them. “Because right now, I want you to do me.”
Satoru and Suguru meet at a party. They do their best to make sure no one finds out.

Summary
There’s a few seconds of silence, long enough for Suguru to wonder if the other man’s fallen asleep. “You should know, Suguru, that you’re a terrible liar.”
Suguru frowns. “I’m not lying.”
“It’s our first time properly being apart since we started seeing each other. You’re allowed to be upset.”
“I know that.” Suguru acquiesces. “But you aren’t, so why would I be?”
“We don’t have to be feeling the same things all the time. I know you. I know you’re finding this hard.” Satoru’s voice is softer, now. Not a whisper, but something close — like he’s admitting to some sort of vulnerability. Suguru’s vulnerability. “Don’t hide it from me.”
Suguru inhales sharply, leaning back in his seat and pinching the bridge of his nose. “Fine. It is hard. But I know it shouldn’t be, so just — it’s fine. I’ll manage.”
For the first time since getting together with Suguru, Satoru leaves home.

Summary
“I’m, um, Mahito. Geto-san’s colleague.”
Yuji nods. “And your favourite food?”
Mahito shrugs. “My favourite food’s probably just whatever’s cheapest in the staff cafeteria.”
“You use such funny words, Mahito.” Yuji laughs and reaches for Mahito’s hand, tugging him towards the entrance of the house. Mahito doesn’t fight it, because he figures that he’ll need some sort of external force to get him to enter hell, anyway. “My dad does too, sometimes. Like, yesterday, he said you were probably a useless, wide-eyed rookie that Suguru was, um, offloading on him for revenge because he lost the last time they arm wrestled. Isn’t that so silly?”
Mahito grits his teeth as they make it to the doorway, and breaks his hand away from Yuji’s grip as he crouches down to take his shoes off. “Sure. We can call it silly.”
Mahito needs to fulfil a community service requirement, and Sukuna needs someone to babysit his son.
