Peter figured out that he wasn't related to Mary and Richard Parker when he was still in middle school. He just assumed he was adopted and tried not to think too hard about it. But then he figured out that May was his biological mother and then he tried even harder not to think about it.
"He pretended like he never went looking. He acted like nothing had changed at all. And then he got bit by a radioactive spider and survived. After that, Peter had a lot more questions."

Earth barely managed to avoid its own annihilation thanks to the last second assistance of new alien visitors. Slowly, civilizations that had been nearly destroyed through nuclear warfare, famine, and disease are rebuilt with the Autobots' help.
But the Autobots' assistance isn't entirely altruistic. Earth has something they want. Because mixed with the millions of others are humans with spark signatures and the potential to become sparklings. And the Autobots who had believed they were doomed to a slow extinction, have no intention of letting their new little ones go.

Peter Parker (recently called Peter Three) appears in a swirl of golden light, the chill morning air replaced with something stagnant and sterile. He blinks, shaking off the golden light, and realizes he's not where he should be.
He's in a cell box suspended in a void, surrounded by other clear cells filled with people of all shapes, sizes, and, potentially, species.
A high tech gondola being guided along by an alien that almost looks like Peter Two’s Green Goblin slides into view. A bald man in a tailored business suit stands behind the alien, scrolling on his phone, idly drinking some coffee.
Peter politely knocks on the wall separating them.

Tim’s still alive -through it all somehow he’s still here. Even if he barely talks to the family anymore, and he avoids the manor like the plague, and he goes MIA for weeks on end with little to no notice -he’s still plodding on.
But when a case comes up where someone gets torn apart with no murderer, murder weapon, or motive in sight -he begins to think that maybe he should’ve taken the time to talk things through with the others before it was too late.
At least Red Hood was also on the case, even if neither were the best when it came to teamwork. Or when it came to asking for help, for that matter.

This is a dragon fic with a lot of body horror! This au is in a world with no superpowers or magic, however, there is obviously a supernatural element. The bat family are the only heroes about, in this world.
