When Shiro attended the pre-school year parent/teacher conference, the thing he was most concerned about was explaining to the teacher how… interesting Keith’s behavior can be. Keith, who is a second grader, had been expelled from two schools previously for fighting with other students (like, full on fights where Keith had to be pulled off of whoever he had gone after). While these fights were usually for valid reasons, such as Keith being bullied for being an orphan (because what’s more funny than making fun of a kindergartener or first grader for his parents being dead?) or for his general standoffish demeanor.
Or; Shiro meets Keith's teacher and accidentally falls in love.
