Hvyrotation barked out from the couch. He received a quick slap from Gotoga as a response.
The other conspiracy members, (why were they here??) snickered as if it were a sarcastic answer.
But Saparata had never heard of a ‘Detroit’ in his life.

Saparata opens his eyes to a universe where all of his friends are alive and he finally gets the chance to cone to terms with their deaths.

It has been two weeks since the end of the Infernus battle. As far as Saps knows, everything is at peace now. The war was won, both islands are quiet, and all those who caused chaos lie dead in the ground. A place from which they can never bother anyone again.
So tell him why. Why, of all things that could have happened, is his best friend... The same one whose memorial stands in front of Saps house, the same one Saps was sure was dead, now lying half-awake at his doorstep, begging for help?
Flux never begs.
What happened after Flux "died" in lava during the volcano raid?
And how, will Saps deal with it?
This fanfic was first written only with the intention to make Flux cry just to later have an excuse to give him comfort with lots of cuddles. But as i keep writing it, it turned into a somewhat sweet comedy with lots of silly fighting and bickering! Liyue Harbor is hive full of incorrigible gossips. Xiangling navigates the rumor mill, goes ingredient hunting with Zhongli, and in the process, finds out that Zhongli is very, very bad at pretending to be human.
