Somewhere along the way of filming with Chris Evans, Sebastian has come to two very important conclusions: one, he has a crush, and two, he's pretty sure Chris Evans—the grandly romantic, Bostonian family man, who is so polite even when he swears—is vanilla. Of course, there's nothing wrong with vanilla! Sebastian happens to enjoy that flavor very much with all its subtlety. It's just that... to Seb's delightfully, proudly twisted desires, that should be, well, a little disappointing.
Somehow, though, it's only more enticing. He can't stop thinking about it. He really wants to expose Chris to how the other half lives. He really wants to corrupt him. Just a little bit. If only—

“Sure you do,” Scott says easily. “How ‘bout you start with telling me why you were going around telling everyone you were going to take a break from acting, only to then sign up to two big new projects in the past month or so?”
Chris picks at the label of his beer bottle, looking a little sheepish. “Ah,” he says. “I was kinda hoping everyone’d forgotten about that.” He sighs, dragging a hand over his face. “I mean, I was honestly planning on taking a break, but then I had a couple of weeks off and I just- I just realized I would have all this free time on my hands and no one to spend it with, you know?”

It’s amazing, really, that absolutely no one has caught on to them yet. If they have, they certainly haven’t said anything about it. Sometimes, Chris thinks that Scarlett suspects something. If he and Sebastian are standing a little too close, if Chris has his hand on the Romanian’s shoulder for just a second too long – she could be on the other side of the set and he’d still feel her eyes on him with that eyebrow raise thing that she does. Sometimes, Chris debates just telling her.
But that wouldn’t be nearly as fun.
Because this has always been half of the thrill; the fact that they’re sneaking around like this, as though they were just a pair of horny teenagers again. The fear of getting caught, the worry that if they’re not always 100% careful, a paparazzo could make them – snag just one compromising photo – and then their careers would erupt into chaos...

Summary
Sebastian remembers this from before, Chris’s physicality, remembers shoving and tripping one another, and hugs that lingered. It had been silly, friendly, until some vague, unspoken moment towards the end of filming when their relationship had changed again - Chris circling Sebastian’s wrist with his hand, or a palm to his lower back, only on rough days, only when Chris noticed him tensing up against unpleasantness in his own mind. At first Seb wanted to apologize, brokenness is a tiresome trait, but the actions seem to calm Chris too, ease his busy brain. When they lost touch Seb pretended not to miss it; he wouldn’t have had a chance to anyway, right? - with two dozen excellent fuck buddies all over the globe. Weird how they all had blue eyes though.
