Summary
“Okay, just call me when you can,” Iwaizumi says, and Oikawa’s heart flutters at the easy acceptance. Maybe it’ll be okay this time around, Oikawa thinks, resolve becoming firmer by the second at Iwaizumi’s dependable nature.
“I’ll do you one better,” Oikawa says, smiling despite himself, and opens his camera to turn it towards his laptop, which is displaying the details of the flight. A pause, and then–
Oikawa hears some scuffling and a thud, then a muttered curse on Iwaizumi’s end.
“You’re not shitting me?” Iwaizumi asks, basically demands.
“Nope,” Oikawa says, popping the ‘p’ sound. “You said we barely talk outside the GC now so like, bet!” Oikawa shrugs, trying to pass off flying to Japan as soon as his best friend slash love of his life said that they don’t talk much is completely normal and something that friends do all the time.
------
In which Oikawa does his best to fix something not-but-also broken, especially when alcohol gets involved.

Summary
“Shit,” Keith had said then, and he almost laughed at the deadpan delivery of the swear word. Though hilarious, it’s fitting for the turn of events, because of course it happens. Of course it happens to Keith. It’s almost like the universe decided that it wasn’t done fucking with his life.
Keith has never been a stranger to heartache, but he didn’t think it would be the thing that would kill him in the end.
What a way to go, to die from a loss you’ve never even had the chance to hold.
OR, Keith gets Hanahaki, and comes to terms with it (against everyone's will).

"It’s an if, not a when. A lot can happen in 10 years,” Tsukishima explains, a little defensively, and Kuroo recovers fast enough that the blonde doesn’t completely back out of it.
If only they knew just how true that would turn out to be.
(or a krtsk fanfic where Kuroo is a martyr, Tsukishima forgets a lot, but they get there in the end.)

Summary
Kuroo turns back to him, blinks at the smile on Oikawa's face that he fails to hide fast enough, but he smiles back, genuinely, and Oikawa feels like he honest-to-God has stars in his eyes for the other's small smile.
Or an oikuroo au where Oikawa is a little dumb at times, but he makes up for it with effort.

Summary
“Kuroo Tetsurou, your lead guitarist and main vocalist, at your service,” he finishes with a wink, and everyone present cheers. Along with the audience, Hinata and Akiteru hype the band up, and as Yamaguchi comments on how lively their band is, Kei quietly agrees as he waits. The man- Kuroo- turns to his direction, and he simply smirks before sipping his drink.
Kuroo’s grin turns predatory, challenging, and Kei finds that he doesn’t mind the attention, feels the adrenaline rush kicking in and something akin to excitement fills his chest.
“So that’s what that was,” Yamaguchi teases him.
“You’re seeing things,” Kei tells him as he continues to drink, and just as Yamaguchi scoffs at him, the band begins to play an instrumental.
(a Musician AU where Tsukki hates his hometown and is secretly a thrill-seeker, and Kuroo comes at the right time.)
