Summary
Clint reads from a books and accidentally summons a demon. Aforementioned demon cannot leave until Clint sells his soul, which Clint has no intention of doing, so now Clint and his two boyfriends have a new roommate.
A roommate who spends at least an hour showering everyday and uses Bucky's hairbrush without permission. He also really likes Steve's green bean casserole, and uses the Pokemon card game as a means to study.
It's a weird situation, but Clint, Steve, and Bucky agree that their new demon roommate Tony certainly isn't the worst roommate they have ever had.

Summary
“Peter, is it supposed to be doing that?” One of his students asked him. He looked up to see the industrial-strength magnets he’d collected for this lab trying to crack through the glass between them to be reunited. The glass splintered.
“Yeah, no. That’s totally fine,” he lied. Then he inconspicuously chased everyone to the corner of the lab, donned a glove, and smashed the glass so that it wouldn’t splinter and stab someone in the eye in its explosion.
His students cheered.
He needed a drink.
(Peter gets called back to the city at the age of 25 to help mitigate the rapidly increasing crime rate. He's in way over his head, so he sets out to re-establish Team Red.)

Tony had no fucking clue what Peter got up to when he was in vigilante mode. He understood, vaguely, that he probably knew the other vigilantes of New York, and that maybe they did their shenanigans together sometimes? Eh. Whatever.
Either way, Peter's vigilantism and his heroism were two very separate things. The Avengers did not know Peter's vigilante friends, and vice versa. And that was how it had been for the eight months since Tony had recruited him.
That was the way he was comfortable with keeping it, but alas, Hydra decided to fuck around in Hell's Kitchen.
